Today, we have interests in 9 irreplaceable large scale retail assets – making up close to 6.0 million sq. ft. across 6 Indian city-centres. With our prime residential and commercial properties in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai and Pune, we are emerging as a leading realty company of India that is both highly integrated and asset-class diversified at the same time.

Our hospitality assets consolidated their market-leading positions during the year. The St. Regis, Mumbai, reported an average occupancy of 72%, with an ADR rise of 14% and room revenue growth of 26%.

We completed the construction of Art Guild House during the year and handed it over for fit-outs. Of the leasable area of 1.42 million sq. ft., an area of 0.45 million sq. ft. has been sold, while another 0.54 million sq. ft. has been leased out.

Across our residential portfolio, we recorded cumulative sale of 1.78 million sq. ft. during the year. We completed the construction of Towers 1-5 in One Bangalore West and handed over the flats to the buyers.
